Simple but clean. Excellent breakfast buffet. Obliging staff when around
Location - hard to find with or without satnav. Self-service check-in if no staff available. Featureless establishment. Distance to bus/tram half an hour on foot. No evening catering

The location is very nice, only the room size is a bit small. I liked the check-in system.
At the morning around 6 o'clock the heating is switched on and the pipes start to make some disturbing noise.

The place was quiet.
The place was difficult to find even with a navigator. Nearest restaurant was 500m UPHILL... Check in automat was a bit hard to use, and it wasn't mentioned in the reservation..

It was a no smoking 'inside' hotel.
This hotel is in quite a derelict part of the town and very difficult to find, even with a satnav. You end up going down a road which actually says 'no entry'. Smokers had to sit outside by the entrance and talked well past midnight.

the comfy bed
the location is way too far, the only alternative is taxi. costs about 11 euro from Hbf to the Hotel.

The hotel is located at a very tranquil place.
The hotel itself fairly corresponds to 3 stars, but the access to it is not easy: 15-20 min. of walking downhills from the last stop of the tramway 3, the only alternative is taxi.

We came late in the evening and it surprized me the automatic check in machine - quite an unusual thing for me. The scenery is very beautiful - the hotel is surrounded by mountains. Free parking is an advantage.
There were no free map at the desk. If you don't have a car it's quite difficult to get to the city.
